The League of Women Voters hosted a virtual candidates forum on September 29, 2020. League guidelines require that all candidates in each race participate; therefore, forum participants were limited to Trustee Area 7 candidates. Click here to view the forum. Candidate Information Session
NOCCCD hosted a virtual candidate information session on July 28, 2020. Session topics included an overview of the California Community College System; NOCCCD student demographics, major initiatives, Educational & Facilities Master Plan, budget, and Measure J; and trustee roles and responsibilities. November 3, 2020 marks the next biennial governing board member elections. The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) is in need of a new trustee to represent Trustee Area 4 on the NOCCCD Board of Trustees. Additionaly, three trustees in Areas 2, 5, and 7 are up for re-election. NOCCCD is governed by seven elected trustees and two student trustees who establish all policies that guide the general operation of the District.
